TIP Glasgow moved to its current 5-acre site at Chapelhall in Autumn 2019, having outgrown its previous location. The branch consists of a modern and spacious workshop that has seven bays which accommodates all types of trailer, including double-deck trailers and longer semi-trailers. In addition to providing customers with trailer maintenance, repair and MOT preparation services, the branch offers customers a tail lift and lifting deck maintenance and repair facility and has two roller brake test systems. Activity at the branch is supplemented by their fleet of fully-equipped mobile vans that enables customers’ maintenance and repair needs to be supported on their own site. The branch operates in excess of 600 assets and is located close to Junction 6 of the M8 motorway, providing easy access for customers in central Scotland and beyond.
